Privacy
We collect only what you send us, use it only to reply and serve you, and never sell it.
When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. That is usually your name, email address and message, and sometimes a phone number, company name or the details of a property or business.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It is used to keep the site secure and working, not to identify you.
We use your information to:
- Reply to you and provide what you asked for
- Send emails you signed up for, and nothing else
- Keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud
- Meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Emails and Texts
You only get what you asked for, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
If you join a list on this site, we email you only about what you signed up for.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days, usually much sooner.
We do not send marketing text messages. We will never text you without your clear, written permission first.
Security
Encrypted connections everywhere, minimal data kept, and access limited to the people who need it.
Every page on this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and browsers are told to always use it. We also use standard security protections against clickjacking, content injection and form spam.
Form submissions are not stored on the website itself. They are sent over an encrypted connection to our email and records systems, where access is limited to the people who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

How Long We Keep It
Only as long as we need it, generally no longer than three years.
We keep messages and inquiries as long as needed to respond and to keep normal business records, generally no longer than three years, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Choices and Rights
Ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We answer within 45 days.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails
Email don@globaldvsn.com with your request. We will confirm it is really you, then respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider, and we will explain our decision. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Residents of Texas and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where they live.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Biometric Information
We do not collect fingerprints, face scans or voiceprints.
We do not collect, store or use biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, face geometry, retina scans or voiceprints. If that ever changes, we will tell you first and get your written consent, as Texas and other state laws require.
How We Use AI
AI helps us draft and build. A person reviews everything, and AI never makes decisions about you.
We use AI tools to help draft written content and build our websites. A person reviews and approves everything before it is published, and we stand behind it as our own.
We do not use AI to make decisions about you, such as approving a rental application, a job candidate or a contract. Those decisions are made by people.
This site has no chatbot, and we will never present an automated system as a person. We do not sell or license your information for training AI models.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA so everyone can use this site. Tell us if something gets in your way.
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
That includes text descriptions for images, full keyboard access, a skip-to-content link, readable color contrast, pages that work at any zoom level and on any screen size, and reduced motion for visitors who turn it off.
